Ladies Night Out at Waterleaf Restaurant in Glen Ellyn

Waterleaf restaurant in Glen Ellyn is hosting its inaugural “Ladies Night Out” on Wednesday, Jan. 16, from 5 to 8 p.m.

The cover for Ladies Night Out is $20 and includes hors d'oeuvres and two drinks per person. For this special event, Waterleaf invites women in the area to meet with friends for an elegant evening of food, wine and friendship.

“Waterleaf is a very special place to gather,” said Jean Pierre Leroux, General Manager. “At Ladies Night Out, we're extending an invitation to women in the area to enjoy a stress-free evening with their friends after a busy holiday season.”

Waterleaf, located on the College of DuPage campus in Glen Ellyn, features a contemporary approach to fine dining. Known for its use of fresh, locally-grown, seasonal ingredients, Waterleaf restaurant has earned Diner's Choice Awards for Best Ambience, Best Overall, Best Service, Fit for Foodies and Special Occasion on OpenTable.com, where it maintains a 4.6/5.0 rating.

Most recently, Waterleaf was one of just two first-year restaurants in DuPage County to receive a 2012 Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. This award, given annually to restaurants in the U.S. and 65 countries worldwide, recognizes Waterleaf's 200-plus wine selections, the quality of producers included on the list, and the restaurant's thematic matching of wines to its menu in both price and style.
