The Clare at Rush and Pearson Appoints New Executive Director

James Kneen has recently been appointed Executive Director at The Clare at Rush and Pearson in downtown Chicago. Formerly a resident of Michigan, Kneen has more than 30 years of experience in health care management in a variety of hospital, continuing care retirement community (CCRC) and vendor settings. “This breadth of experience has enabled me to develop a board base of skills and gain perspectives that will help ensure our continued success at the The Clare,” said Kneen.

“We selected Mr. Kneen from a large field of very well qualified candidates after an extensive national search. He is extremely knowledgeable, has great leadership abilities, and will bring his energy and creativity to The Clare,” said Mick Feauto, Vice President/Senior Director of Operations Management for Life Care Services. “We are very excited to have Mr. Kneen on our team, especially during this time of transition and growth.

Kneen, said that he is delighted about the position and about being in Chicago. His focus, he said, will be on enhancing programs and services at The Clare. “We're going to make living at the Clare even more special. I want our programs and services at The Clare to equal our wonderful location. The Clare is going to be known as one of the best continuing care retirement community in the country.
