Jeff Turner's In the Neighborhood Deli has become a gathering place for many people to enjoy good food and good company. Turner, known in Elgin for his service to the community and the free holiday dinners he organizes, was named one of the 10 Outstanding Young People of 2012 by the Illinois Jaycees.
