Erwin J. Page of Lake Forest Erwin J. Page, 83, passed away on Friday, Sept. 14, 2012. He was born March 21. 1929, in Chicago and was a lifetime Chicagoland resident, spending winters in Tucson, AZ. He was an 18-year employee with the Arlington Heights Public Works Department as their chief forester.
