Wheaton-based IT services firm Magenium Solutions said it has acquired Capable Networks LLC, a social media marketing consultancy in Glen Ellyn. Terms of the acquisition were not announced.
The acquisition will strengthen Magenium's commitment to building a depth of services based on innovative technology solutions, the company said in a statement.

Capable Networks has a list of clients who will benefit from the increased service offerings available to them as a result of this transaction, the company said. .
