Magenium Solutions acquires social media marketing firm

Wheaton-based IT services firm Magenium Solutions said it has acquired Capable Networks LLC, a social media marketing consultancy in Glen Ellyn. Terms of the acquisition were not announced.

The acquisition will strengthen Magenium's commitment to building a depth of services based on innovative technology solutions, the company said in a statement.
