Alas, Congress can’t partake of our ‘gift’
Regarding Ms. Froma Harrop’s column on the Nov. 25 Opinion page, “New health care law is a ‘gift’ to ourselves,” I have a question.
If this is truly the “gift” she feels it is, I find it to be incredibly unfair that our president and elected representatives are being denied the fruits of the law and it is being gifted only to us, the lowly taxpayer.
I repeat — unfair. Don’t you think? Just asking.
