There will be story telling and crafts for children in addition to a chance to visit with Santa.

There will also be a raffle for a large gift basket and musical entertainment will be provided by choral and instrumental groups from Grayslake North High School.

Tickets are $7 and will be available at the door; free for kids ages 3 and younger.

Proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit the Lake Villa Historical Society's "Rescuing History" project to renovate the building at 223 Lake Ave. in Lake Villa.

Upon completion of that work, the Lake Villa Historical Society will move from its current rented space at 113 Cedar Ave. The new facility, which will include space for a museum, office and meeting room, was previously owned by the Lake Villa Rescue Squad.
