Centegra’s perinatal bereavement group to hold service

Submitted by Centegra Health System

Children who have died from conception to shortly after live birth will be memorialized during Centegra Health System’s annual candlelight service at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 10, at Church of the Holy Apostles, 5211 Bull Valley Road, McHenry.

The service is designed for people of all faiths, including those who do not have a formal religious affiliation.

Table space will be available for parents who would like to share memories of their child. A child’s name may also be printed in the memorial bulletin for the service. Email the parent names and name of the child, as it should appear, to dsymonds@centegra.com no later than Dec. 6. A reception with light refreshments will follow the service.
