PAULSBORO, N.J. ó Officials say residents of a southern New Jersey town should remain inside until further notice because levels of vinyl chloride remain high after a train derailment last week.
A group of state, federal and local officials issued the last shelter-in-place order for Paulsboro at about 6 p.m. Monday and itís still in place Tuesday morning.
Itís the longest-lasting such order since Friday morningís derailment.
Itís not clear when it will be lifted.
