Tots to party into 2013 at Schaumburg Park District

Tots will ring in 2013 at the Schaumburg Park District.

The Sport Center, 1141 W. Irving Park Road, will host the Itsy Bitsy New Year's Eve Countdown for children ages 1 to 6 and their parents beginning at 10 a.m., Dec. 31.

The Sport Center's gym will be filled with an inflatable for climbing, riding toys and areas to play a variety of activities. All activities will be unstructured and parents must supervise their children. The event will conclude with a balloon drop at noon to ring in the New Year.

Pre-registration is required and ends Dec. 23. Cost is $8 for residents and $12 for non-residents.

Itsy Bitsy New Year's Eve Countdown is a Schaumburg CAN (Children – Activity – Nutrition) program. Schaumburg CAN's mission is to align the community around opportunities that build a foundation of healthy activity and nutrition for children.
