High school artists display work at Harper College

Art students from Northwest Suburban High School District 214, Palatine-Schaumburg High School District 211 and Barrington Area Unit District 220 are currently exhibiting works in Harper College's Regional High School Art Show, open through Nov. 29. The show is in the art building on the Palatine campus and features drawings, paintings, photographs, jewelry, sculpture and more. The show is free and open to the public. An awards ceremony and reception for the artists will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28. Awards will be presented for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and honorable mention in two- and three-dimensional categories. For details, call Harper at (847) 925-6000.
