Images: Photo Contest Finalists

I planted a butterfly bush about 6 years ago to bring in the butterflies and 4 years ago the Hummingbird Moths started coming in as well. They are a little over an inch long and fly just like a hummingbird. This is a female as the males are black and yellow. I have hundreds of shots of them and this is one of my favorites. They are a challenge to shoot. That is what makes it so much fun. Bob Bates, from Warrenvile
