City of Des Plaines/ComEd Launch Pilot LED Lighting Program

City of Des Plaines Officials and staff recently gathered on Dale Street, on the City’s south side, as ComEd crews installed new state-of-the- art LED street lighting. The installation is part of a pilot program which projects a cost savings on LED technology light fixtures rented from ComEd. Similar pilot programs are underway in Rockford and Schaumburg.
