Des Plaines luxury apartments earn award

The Chicagoland Apartment Association recently announced its 2012 CAMME award winners, including Morningside’s River 595 Luxury Rentals in downtown Des Plaines, which received the Property Excellence award in the new construction category, city officials said.

The team marketing the Des Plaines property beat several luxury rental buildings in downtown Chicago to earn the award. River 595 was recognized for its outstanding marketing, management, and leasing, city officials said. Since its initial lease-up following construction completion, River 595 has consistently maintained near 100 percent occupancy, high tenant retention, and outstanding customer service, according to the city.

It’s the second consecutive year a Morningside property received the Property Excellence award.
