Quarterback Jay Cutler and the Bears' offense have struggled to find a rhythm for most of the season, but the later a game gets, the better they've played.Cutler has a whopping lead when it comes to fourth-quarter passer rating. He's at 132.0, and Peyton Manning is next at 119.6 followed by Aaron Rodgers at 110.6.
