Jake Peavy had a solid season in 2012, compiling an 11-12 record with a 3.37 ERA. He will be a free agent, but Sox GM Rick Hahn said Peavy would like to stay with the Sox if possible.

A.J Pierzynski hit 27 home runs and drove in 77 runs in 2012. The Sox hope to sign the 36-year-old catcher to a two-year contract but there will certainly be interest from other teams.
