OfficeMax declares quarterly dividend
NAPERVILLE — Office supply company OfficeMax Inc. said its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 2 cents per common share, payable on Nov. 30 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Nov. 15.
