A 51-year-old St. Charles man surrendered to authorities this week on child pornography and drug charges. Gary L. Harris caught the attention of Downers Grove and Naperville police this spring for file sharing child pornography, according to court records. Police searched his home last month and found cocaine and marijuana as well.
