Join The Illinois Brass Band 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, at Cutting Hall, 150 E. Wood St., Palatine, for an evening of music from the movies. Relive great movie moments while enjoying some of the most popular movie soundtracks and themes from the '30s through today.

Enjoy selections from "West Side Story," "The Music Man," "My Fair Lady," "Batman," and "The Wizard of Oz."

Works by contemporary composer John Williams will include the "Fanfare" and "Flying" theme from E.T. and the theme music from "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom."

Music from "The Incredibles" and Cruella De Vil from "101 Dalmatians" will be featured for the younger family members. Selections from many other movies will also be featured.

The Illinois Brass band is a six-time national champion of the North American Brass Band Association. The band is in its 21st year.
