Arlington Heights Fire Dept. open house Saturday

The Arlington Heights Fire Department will host its annual Open House from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13 at Fire Station No. 2, 1150 N. Arlington Heights Road.

Visitors can view firefighter living quarters at the station, examine fire and ambulance vehicles up close, see tower rescue equipment, and learn the use of fire gear and apparatus. There will be fun and educational activities for children and families.
