Support group forming for siblings of those who die from overdose

Anyone who has lost a sibling to a drug overdose is invited to join a new support group being formed by former Buffalo Grove resident Chelsea Laliberte, founder of Live4Lali. Laliberte’s brother, Alex, died of a heroin overdose in 2008. The support group is geared toward 20-40 year olds, and will meet twice a month. The meeting location has yet to be determined, and the meetings will include round-table discussions and activities like bowling and movie nights, attending community events, music and more. For information or to join, email Chelsea at chelsealaliberte@gmail.com.
