Waterleaf Restaurant Celebrates First Anniversary with Free Dessert and New Menu Guests are invited to celebrate Waterleaf's first birthday Oct. 12 to 14, where they will be treated to a complimentary glass of champagne and a Pecan and Bourbon Bread Pudding with Butterscotch Ice Cream dessert (pictured).

Waterleaf has also ushered in its first year with a newly unveiled autumn menu that contains a tantalizing array of fall dishes featuring seasonal squashes, root vegetables, figs and fall-harvest fruits.

Highlights of the new menu developed by Executive Chef Jean-Louis Clerc, include Porcupine Prawn with Spaghetti Squash Confit, Apple Cider, Sage Glaze; seasonally created Soup of the Day; Parsnip Mashed Potatoes; seasonal Risotto; Ravioli with Squash Filling; and Pecans, Bourbon Bread Pudding with Butterscotch Ice Cream.

Waterleaf in Glen Ellyn features a contemporary approach to fine dining led by Executive Chef Jean-Louis Clerc.
