Palatine police searching for missing 19-year-old

The Palatine Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a 19-year-old resident reported missing at about 2 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26.

Ryan Piezonka, of the 1300 block of north Grove Ave., has not had any contact with family since leaving his residence after an argument at noon Tuesday, Sept. 25.

Police said he might have his wallet with him, but didn't take his cellphone. He was last seen walking south from his home while wearing a brown leather jacket with no shirt underneath, blue jeans and white shoes.

He is 6 feet tall and 180 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.

Meanwhile, Schaumburg police are searching still for Rosa Rosario, 61, and her son, Juan Rosario, a 41-year-old who has Down syndrome. Family reported the two missing Wednesday. Call Schaumburg police at (847) 882-3534 with information.
