Hawthorn principals read at libraries

Hawthorn Elementary District 73 principals are carefully selecting some of their favorite books to read aloud during special evenings at the Aspen Drive Library in Vernon Hills. First up is Townline principal Victoria Kieffer on Oct. 2, followed by Elementary South principal Jill Martin on Oct. 9, Aspen principal Bill Fredrickson on Oct. 15, Dual Language principal Jim Kallieris on Oct. 23, Powers Center principal Terri Nilson-Bugella on Nov. 12, and Elementary North principal Katie Waggoner on Dec. 4. All reading events begin at 6:45 p.m. and are held at the Aspen Drive Library, 701 Aspen Drive.
