Go pink

Glenview House supports breast cancer awareness in October with a pink drink, the Pinkie Pisco — a blend of Pisco, house-made sour mix, cranberry, splash of Prosecco, fresh lime and pink sugar garnish for $8. Pair that with a pink-on-pink appetizer of tarragon- and grapefruit-marinated gulf shrimp with salmon roe for $12 or a steak ordered medium-well. A portion of the proceeds of all sales goes to the Cancer Wellness Center in Northbrook.

Glenview House, 1843 Glenview Road, Glenview. (847) 724-0692 or theglenviewhouse.com.
