Time for annual Halloween House Decorating Contest
Applications are being accepted for the fourth annual free Halloween House Decorating Contest sponsored by Friends of the Parks.
Entries will be accepted through Monday, October 22 and the judging will be on October 29 between 6 and 8 p.m.
Homes should be illuminated during the judging and decorations must be visible from the street.
