Waldron Grove Alpacas, 39W856 McDonald Road in Campton Hills, will hold a free open house from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, and Sunday, Sept. 30.

Learn all about fiber from the animal to the finished product. There will be felt and fiber demonstrations, spinning demonstrations, alpaca yarn and roving, and kits to learn felt.

The farm store will be open, which features alpaca fiber art, originally designed clothing and accessories available for purchase. Alpacas also are available for sale.

This event will be held rain or shine. There will be plenty of activities under shelter.
