St. Francis tops Wheaton Academy

Maddie Haggerty had 6 kills and Becca Shearer 5, and No. 2 St. Francis eased past Wheaton Academy 25-20, 25-23 on Monday in Wheaton. McKenna Kelsay set 13 assists and had 7 digs for the Spartans (20-3). Bianca Cifaldi and Sydney Vischer each put down 9 kills, Jessica Bosse had 9 digs and Sarah McClain 13 assists for Wheaton Academy (17-6.

Glenbard West d. Willowbrook:The No. 3 Hilltoppers (23-0) rolled to a 25-11, 25-13 win behind Megan Wagner#146;s 10 kills and 3 blocks and 26 assists from Caleigh Ryan. Amanda Perry added 7 kills and 8 digs and Meg DeMaar 13 digs. Marisa Klaassen had 4 kills and Mary Annunziata 10 digs for Willowbrook (9-14).St. Charles East d. Downers Grove South:Nichole Woods had 9 kills and Erienne Barry 16 assists for the Saints (12-8), who beat the host Mustangs 25-19, 25-19.
