Lake Zurich High receives grant:
The Lake Zurich High School business education department has received a $12,000 grant from The Discover Brighter Futures Fund, Riverwoods. The Discover Brighter Futures Fund is a donor-advised account within the Goldman Sachs Philanthropy Fund, a 501(c)(3) public charity and donor-advised fund. The Pathway to Financial Success grant program awarded the grant for financial education at Lake Zurich High. The proposal specified that funds would be used to purchase iPads, financial education software programs and field trips to the Chicago Federal Reserve and Chicago Board of Trade for business education students.
