Palatine Park Foundation hosts fundraiser Oct. 8
The Palatine Park Foundation will host its third annual scholarship fundraiser 2012 Casual Cocktails from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8, at Heng Wing, 121 W. Palatine Road, Palatine.
Proceeds benefit the foundation’s scholarship program, which provides financial assistance to park district residents who can’t afford to participate in various athletic, recreational and social programs. The event will feature a small silent auction and raffles.
