Tour Des Plaines draws 300 bike riders

The annual Tour Des Plaines Bike Ride, which drew about 300 participants Saturday morning, leaves West Park, the first rest stop on the ride. The Tour is nine miles, ending with a beautiful ride up the bike trail around Lake Opeka on its return to the starting point at the Lake Park Clubhouse.
