Waterleaf Restaurant hosts Chef's Table Sept. 30

Waterleaf restaurant in Glen Ellyn will host a “Chef's Table” experience on Sunday, Sept 30, starting with champagne and hors d'oeuvres at 5 p.m. followed by dinner at 5:30 p.m.

The Chef's Table communal dinner will include seven seasonally inspired courses prepared with only the freshest ingredients and thoughtfully chosen through the muse of Executive Chef Jean-Louis Clerc. Guests learn about the ingredients, flavors, textures and concept behind each course through introductions by Chef Jean-Louis. Carefully selected wine pairings accompany each course in this unique, interactive culinary experience.

The Chef's Table at Waterleaf is $125 per person, which includes tip and gratuity. Upcoming Chef's Table dates are Sundays, Oct. 28, Nov. 18, and Dec. 16. To make a Chef's Table reservation, please call (630) 942-6881. Seating is limited.
