Now, the Administrative Office will prepare ballots containing the finalists' names and mail them to all Lake County circuit judges, Foreman said.

Each circuit judge will cast a secret ballot and, after the votes have been tabulated in Springfield, the director will notify Foreman of the results.

Rochford, of Lake Forest, is a sole practitioner in Lake County. Bishop, also of Lake Forest, is chief of juvenile and special investigations in the state's attorney's office.
