What is your favorite ingredient and how do you like to use it? Garlic ... lots of it. I use it in everything: soups, casseroles, meats, salads, vegetables ... everything.
Describe your style or approach to cooking. I try to be creative as I can. I like using different colors when presenting a dish or meal.
