What is your favorite ingredient and how do you like to use it? My favorite ingredient is flour because you can do so much with it. You can make bread, pasta, cake, cupcakes and sauces.
Describe your style or approach to cooking. My style is to use fresh quality ingredients and give classic recipes a new spin.
Why do you want to be part of the Cook of the Week Challenge? I've been a home cook for three years and my cooking knowledge and technique has improved drastically. I would like to challenge my food knowledge and take my techniques to a new level.
