What is your favorite ingredient and how do you like to use it? It changes over time, but lately, cilantro. I love the fragrance, and I use it in concert with or in place of other herbs in dishes like my Buffalo Joes, in a breaded fish coating or added to salads. And it works as a great garnish, too.
