Cook of the Week: May 2012
What is your favorite ingredient and how do you like to use it? Basil, it's aromatic and very flavorful, like to use it in sauces, fish, meat, poultry, salads and pesto.
Describe your style or approach to cooking. My cooking style is free form, I come up with an idea and go for it. I am not much of a recipe follower, I prefer to go in my own direction.
Why do you want to be part of the Cook of the Week Challenge? I really enjoy cooking and would love to test my creative passion for cooking. There are not a lot of venues or opportunities out there, other than our families for us at-home foodies to show our skills.
