Palatine Republicans talk about taxes

The Palatine Township Republican Organization will feature Bruno Behrend from For The Good Of Illinois at its regular monthly meeting, which is free and open to the public, 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, at 839 N. Quentin Road in Palatine. He will discuss the “Open the Books” project and how to lower your property tax, said Aaron Del Mar, Palatine Township Republican Committeeman. On Sunday, Sept. 9, the group will hold the annual Northwest Republican Family Picnic from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. Tickets are $25.
