Dold an advocate for education

I was happy to see Congressman Robert Dold was endorsed by the NEA-IEA, a teachers union, recently. As a high school student, I’m happy there are people in government like Robert Dold who will work with my teachers and administrators to improve my and my friends’ education.

After hearing this news, I did some research on Robert Dold and his record on education. He is a supporter of STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) education. Education in these specific areas will help prepare students for job opportunities in the future.

I’m just a high school student who won’t even be old enough to vote in this election, but I wanted to encourage readers to consider voting for Robert Dold this November. I hope to see more people like him in government who are dedicated to improving education and preparing people my age for the future.
