Batavia police say they were called at 7:39 p.m. to an apartment in the 1300 block of East Wilson Street. They found a 26-year-old victim, from Aurora, who had been stabbed during an argument. She was treated and released from Delnor Hospital in Geneva.

Williams also faces a charge of aggravated battery -- causing bodily harm, according to police and court records.
