Advocate Health Care offers Women's Health and Wellness Symposium

On Saturday, September 8, Advocate Health Care will host its Second Annual Women's Health and Wellness Symposium. This event will last from 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at the Drury Lane Conference Center in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.

The event, co-directed by Carol Rizzie, Lisa Laurent, MD and Renee Horton (pictured left to right), focuses on giving female healthcare providers a chance to learn, share and network and encourage the women to focus on refreshing their own mind, body and souls.

This year's symposium will include speakers, project coordinators, advisors, consultants and attendees from across Advocate Healthcare. Presentations include Women's Cancer and Survivorship, Women's Heart Health, Mentoring Women Leaders and much more. Acclaimed writer and successful entrepreneur Susan B. Noyes, the founder of Make It Better Magazine, is the designated keynote speaker.

Pricing for Advocate physicians is $50, $30 for Advocate associates and $50 for non-Advocate physicians and guests. The fee includes a catered breakfast, lunch and conference materials. There is a $5 off early bird registration special for all guests that register prior to Friday, August 17. The final registration deadline is August 31, 2012.
