Scouting Aston Villa: The English Premier League side comes to town for a preseason training friendly with a couple of familiar faces in goalkeeper Brad Guzan (Homer Glen) and defender Eric Lichaj (Downers Grove). Up front Darren Bent is a player to watch.

Scouting the Fire:The Fire will enjoy a break in its MLS schedule, getting plenty of players into the action against Aston Villa. The Fire is 6-10-3 in international friendlies since its inception in 1998.
