Wisconsin house explosion injures 2

MADISON, Wis. — A house explosion early Monday in Madison sent two men to the hospital.

The explosion happened just before 5 a.m. Fire department spokeswoman Lori Wirth says four people were in the home at the time, including a couple and their two adult sons. The men were taken by ambulance to UW Hospital. Their conditions were not immediately available.

The State Journal says police officers took the parents to the hospital. Wirth says they’re OK. An investigation into the cause of the explosion is ongoing.
