And when police arrested him, he told the officer “Take me to jail” and that it was attempted murder because that “was what he was trying to do,” according to Kane County court records.

Justin S. Busby, 23, of the 1500 block of Light Road in Oswego, has been charged with attempted murder; aggravated battery with a deadly weapon; aggravated battery in a public place; and aggravated assault, according to court records.
