Four arrested in Arlington Heights prostitution case

Four people were arrested Wednesday morning in Arlington Heights after two men solicited a prostitute and did not pay for her services, police said.

Andrew Fisher, 23, of Chicago, and Georgi Angelov, 21, of Arlington Heights, were each charged with one count of soliciting a prostitute, said Sgt. Nathan Hayes.

Fisher and Angelov had requested a prostitute, but there was later an altercation with Danielle Kallin, 22, of Wisconsin, about payment for her services, Hayes said.

The men kicked Kallin out of the apartment in the 1200 block of S. New Wilke Road, but her purse and other property were still inside. Police said Kallin called a group of friends to come help her recover her items from the apartment.

That’s when Fisher and Angelov got scared they would be the victims of an armed robbery and called police at 8:26 a.m. on Wednesday.

One of Kallin’s friends, Maurice Jordan, 24, of Milwaukee, Wis., was charged with unlawful use of a weapon because he possessed a set of brass knuckles while trying to help Kallin retrieve her property. No one was injured.

Kallin was charged with prostitution, Hayes said.

All four charges were misdemeanors and each posted bond of $150, Hayes said. The arrestees will next appear in court in Rolling Meadows on July 30.
