Spring Valley offers free insect program July 22
Buzz over to Spring Valley for an afternoon featuring insects.
Visit Merkle Log Cabin at Spring Valley, 1111 E. Schaumburg Road, for Buzzing About Bees from noon to 4 p.m., July 22. The free all ages program will explore the fascinating world of insects. Participants will gain a new respect and understanding of these important and plentiful creatures through insect activities, games and crafts.
Root beer floats will be available for purchase. Small drinks are $1.25 while large drinks are $2.50.
