Senior expo offered in Batavia

The Batavia Park District and the Batavia Senior Citizens Club will present the fourth annual “Super Savvy Senior Expo” from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 6, at the Eastside Community Center and Shannon Hall, 14 N. Van Buren St., in Batavia.

This free expo will showcase a variety of services available for young at heart individuals or their caregivers. Stop by to browse local resources in areas such as health care, travel, entertainment, improving daily life and more.

Free refreshments will be served, and expo visitors can enter for a chance to win prizes, including $100 cash, courtesy of Triple R Tours of Aurora.

This year, the Illinois Secretary of State will be on-site to offer a free Rules of the Road Course from 9:30 to 11 a.m. To register for the course, call (630) 879-5235.
