Daily Herald report

The Ela Area Public Library in Lake Zurich will jump-start a new art project this summer based on the popular "Hunger Games" series. Library staff has started a virtual gallery of art based on artwork designed by local residents all pertaining to the "Hunger Games". Students in grades 6 through 12 are encouraged to use the Digital Media Lab to design or edit original "Hunger Games" related creations, which can include art, music or videos. Each participant can only submit one entry and will be put into a raffle for a Best Buy gift card. The program will run through Sunday, July 15. For information visit the Ela Area Public Library Information Desk.
