Wauconda Fest talent show

Wauconda Park District will host its second annual Wauconda Fest talent show, “Wauconda Fest Has Talent,” on Sunday, June 24, on the Wauconda Fest Main Stage at 1 p.m. Residents will be able to display their talent onstage for a cash prize in front of a panel of local “celebrity” judges who will analyze and discuss talents similarly to the judges seen on popular TV talent shows. Singers, dancers, musicians, and comedians are encouraged to apply. All acts must be family friendly and four minutes in length. Applicants must pay a $25 registration fee. Registration for the talent show is available and Wauconda Park District officials will accept applications starting June 1. A complete set of rules and the application can be found at www.waucondaparks.com.
