Liberal bias is showing in Herald
Your front page story by Dann Gire and Jamie Sotonoff reported comments by Ted Nugent about his rants against the Supreme Court and the Obama administration followed by “ ... encouraged his fellow Mitt Romney supporters to “chop their heads off.” The association of Ted Nugent with Mitt Romney and his supporters, myself included, is not only unprofessional but intentional. The fact that the Daily Herald felt this was worthy of their Page 1 only confirms its liberal bias.
Any objective person watching the two campaigns would see that Romney has been more presidential than our president. As a Romney supporter I resent being associated with Ted Nugent. This is a typical liberal trick: Use innuendo rather than facts to degrade your rivals.
Would these two writers write and the Herald place on the front page a story relating Bill Maher’s vile comments about a woman and tie it to his fellow Obama supporters? Maher’s degrading comments are “excused” by some liberal women by saying “but he’s a comedian” as if these vile comments are funny. Only if it involves a conservative woman. And then there is Maher’s million-dollar donation — would that make him an Obama supporter?
Predictably, another Ted Nugent story appeared in the Herald overshadowing more bad news for our president. Does anyone see a pattern here? Watch for another AP story on Mormons.
The recent awards to the Herald should have given a big trophy for the person who writes those positive headlines for Obama’s many failures. Mr. Gire writes movie reviews, which qualifies him as a political pundit. The Herald’s chess game with its liberal writers isn’t working — unless you’re a liberal. The CEO of AP confirmed their bias with his keynote speech supporting Obama. Check it out.
